Fighting Detention

The Unity Centre is a collective of friendly volunteers, who provide practical support and solidarity for anyone effected by the UK Government’s racist and oppressive system of immigration controls. We do not and cannot offer legal advice. But we can help you gather documents and supporting evidence, all of which helps not only in getting a lawyer to represent you, but in getting a lawyer to fight for you. If legal avenues have been exhausted, then Unity can organise emergency campaigns and protests to stop the forced removal. If you want together on your case, you need to fill in and fax us a mandate. The Unity Centre is open five days a week from 9.00am to 5.00pm. We run a dedicated 24 hour emergency phone line. Call us on 0141 427 7992.
