URGENT ACTION APPEAL – Stop the Forced Removal of a Friend to Bangladesh

A friend of Unity who is a Bangladeshi national and has asked to remain anonymous, for fear of political violence and retribution, has a ticket for forced removal on a flight today: British Airways no QR008/QR040 from Heathrow to Dhaka via Doha at 13.05 pm.

He faces violence and danger of death if returned to Bangladesh, for his political beliefs and work, and is extremely distressed about the possibility of being forced to return.

He has been detained for over four months, currently in Tinsley House, and has ongoing Judicial Review legal recourses that this removal order is ignoring.

We are asking anyone who can to contact the airlines, home office and MPS to ask that the flight does not take our friend to Bangladesh against his will today.

To call the airlines:
