Urgent Action Appeal: Let Norah Stay!

STOP FORCED REMOVAL OF ZIMBABWEAN UK RESIDENT OF OVER 10 YEARS

Norah Mbire is set to be removed on Flight KQ101/KQ706 to Harare, Zimbabwe via Nairobi at 18:25 on the 10th of April to Zimbabwe, where she has already fled gruesome treatment for her political views. She is a member of the MDC-T party and the Zimbabwe Human Rights Organisation and is afraid for her life if she were to be sent back. She is currently detained at Yarl’s Wood Immigration Removal Centre, well known for its ill treatment of detainees. She has already once been subject to attempted forced removal and experienced threatening behaviour by TASCOR and had her complaints ignored. You can show your support for Norah and protest this injustice, as the airline and pilot have the right to refuse to paricipate in forced removals!

Contact Kenya Airways- Ask that they refuse to fly Norah. The airline and the pilot do have decision making power on this.
