Peddle power for Unity!
Two keen supporters of the Unity Centre are about to start a massive world cycle tour to raise money for our ‘Unity in the Community’ charity (Registered charity SCO40466).
Leaving in just under three weeks, Margo and Ben from Ibrox plan to cycle more than 18,000 miles from New Zealand to Glasgow. Riding about 80 miles a day the pair will ride from New Zealand then along Australia’s Pacific Highway, through the jungles of Indonesia and then into Bangkok. They also plan to go through Uzbekistan, Iran and Turkey arriving back in Glasgow in 18 months time in the Spring of 2011.See more about Margo and Ben’s plans here!
